A data-driven brand and product strategy built to scale an anonymous creator's new, public-facing identity from zero — without losing what made the original brand work.

The Challenge — A One-Way Door
NicoPolo was a major anonymous creator wanting to launch a face-reveal brand. A failed launch would permanently damage his existing business. We needed a strategy with total conviction — not a tentative experiment.

Designing for Conversion — Merch CTAs
Instead of generic store links, I designed interactive content assets integrated directly into the viewing experience. On-brand animated lower thirds made the sales pitch feel like part of the content, not an interruption.

The "Text Nico" Product
Designed and shipped a custom SMS engagement platform giving fans a direct, personal channel to Nico. Text blasts from a first-person POV created 1-on-1 connection a comment section could never match.

User Research Loop
Turned the SMS platform into a two-way research engine. Fans sent feedback and poll responses on videos. We iterated the content strategy in real-time, de-risking the pivot continuously.

Ali has been building products and businesses since the age of 14 — starting with game servers, expanding into creator platforms, and scaling a consultancy to $10M in revenue before finishing college.
